NOVEMBER 14th - Garden to Glass: A Louisiana Fall Cocktail Workshop

Join us and bartender Delvin for an evening exploring the plants, fruits and herbs that can make their way from the garden into your glass.

Together, we’ll create three seasonal drinks inspired by different parts of the Louisiana landscape — from native plants growing wild around us to familiar herbs from the kitchen garden. We’ll use preserved red mulberries gathered earlier in the season, homegrown herbs, and fresh seasonal ingredients while learning how to turn them into beautiful, balanced drinks.

Along the way, we’ll talk about the plants themselves, how flavors can be preserved from one season to the next, and simple techniques you can use at home. Delvin will guide us through the fundamentals of building a great drink, including infusions, balancing flavors, and working with fresh botanical ingredients.

Each recipe can be enjoyed as a cocktail or thoughtfully crafted botanical mocktail.
