Refund policy

Deposit of $200 is nonrefundable. This covers consultation, supplies, and time drying and pressing your flowers. 

Cancellations of keepsakes or a change in order is doable prior to keepsakes being made. You will still need to pay your $200 deposit if you have not already.  

Cancellations made after the flowers have been preserved in resin, color corrected, or framed are not refundable.

Refunds will take 3 – 5 business days to process

Due to the custom nature of this work, not liking the final product is not an acceptable grounds for a refund

Small imperfections such as bubbles, silica gel remnants, or dust are not acceptable grounds for a refund 

Non-custom items purchased through our website or a partnering location can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
