• Step 01 - Order your Keepsakes

    We ask that our clients place their order online before or within 5 days of their event. Selecting your keepsakes early helps us plan for incoming flowers and prepare drying supplies and staff.

    Review our Custom Keepsake Collection and check out with the item(s) you would like. You can email and request a consultation prior to placing your order if you have questions.

    Once your order is placed, we prepare for preservation.

  • Step 02 - Book your Flower Drop-Off Appointment

    Fresh flowers should arrive as soon as possible after your event for the best results. Flowers that are hydrated and properly stored preserve significantly better than flowers that have wilted.

    We offer two drop-off locations: our home studio in Baton Rouge or at The Flower Girl Florist in the New Orleans area. Use the Book Now link below for more information. Please contact us if you are interested in shipping flowers, recreating a bouquet, or if your bouquet has already been air-dried at home.

  • Step 03 - Drying and Production

    Your flowers will be dried slowly with intention based on the keepsakes you have chosen.

    Production of keepsakes will take place in the order of their intake date. The best looking flowers are chosen for color correction, if needed. Orders requiring significant reconstruction work may be subject to an additional fee.
    You will receive a design for approval of large keepsake items prior to securing in a frame or resin.

    Our turnaround time is approximately 6-8 months. We do our best to get your pieces to you quickly without sacrificing quality.
