Sending Flowers to Roots Floral Preservation

• For best results, we will need to receive your flowers within 3 days of the event
• Prior to ordering online, email to coordinate a flower drop-off or delivery time. 
• Please select overnight shipping if you are sending your flowers to Roots Floral Preservation
• If you plan to ship your flowers, please call Roots Floral to coordinate delivery timing and so we can provide the delivery address.

Outgoing Shipping of completed orders: 

• We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs and times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once an order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it on time.
• All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photos of the damage. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item.
