Learn the art of preserving flowers and the stories they hold.
In this foundational workshop, you’ll be guided through the process of pressing and preserving florals using techniques adapted from traditional herbarium practices. We’ll talk about which flowers press best, how to maintain color, and how to create pieces that last for years without fading.
Each guest will receive their own wooden flower press to use during the workshop and take home, along with a curated selection of blooms to begin building a personal pressed collection. You’ll leave with the knowledge and tools needed to continue pressing at home — whether preserving garden flowers, meaningful bouquets, or found botanicals.
This class is designed to be calm, tactile, and quietly inspiring — a return to slow observation and making something beautiful from the natural world.
No experience needed. Just curiosity and a love of flowers.
Class is adults only (18+). Bring your own bites and bubbles. Spa water included.
